Mousehole Christmas lights

Almost there now, just coming into Mousehole after walking from Newlyn along the road that go's pass Penlee, the bay looks stunning as ever, and we can see little lights twinkling on St Michaels Mount. Now passing the Penlee lifeboat house we start to see the long row of overhead lights, they are made from children's buckets that were intended for sand castles, but they work wonderfully.
Now were in Mousehole, there is a huge crowd already, carols can be heard in the cold night air, and the waft of mulled wine and chestnuts roasting fill the streets. Many, awe-inspiring Christmas lights of all themes light the sky up, Santa's candles even whales all help to aluminate the night. This is to my mind the best display in the Country, if you have not been then you must find time to go.
